Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

At Investor Advancer, we take pride in providing high-quality investment education materials designed to help you make smarter, more informed decisions. Every product we offer is carefully reviewed to meet high standards of clarity and value. Because of this commitment, our refund and return policy is thoughtfully designed to be fair and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy applies for 30 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed delivered. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same excellent condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging without any damage, markings, or signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or confirmation email, must be included with your return.
  • Return approval must be granted by our customer service team before you send any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Returns that do not meet all of these criteria may be refused and, if sent, discarded without further notice or reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following products are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used educational materials or digital products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms, which follow the respective seller’s return policies

Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

Partial Refunds (At Our Discretion)

In rare cases, a partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted if:

  • The returned item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day period but within 40 days, with documented shipping delays
  • Original components like packaging inserts or digital access codes are missing

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may require additional processing time. All decisions regarding partial refunds are final.

Refunds (If Approved)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.

Shipping charges, both original and return, are non-refundable in all cases.

A restocking or inspection fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

If denied, no refund will be issued, and returned items will not be sent back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of approval, please:

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products, and requests must be made within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof.

Cosmetic defects that do not affect product use will not qualify for exchange.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the original item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Upon approval, we will provide the return address.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns without tracking that are lost will not be refunded.

Please carefully review product descriptions and images before purchase. Our materials are designed to be valuable educational tools, and strict handling policies protect all customers.

Excessive return requests may lead to account restrictions or refusal of future service.
